Availability:
All orders are subject to availability of the products. If products you ordered are not available with us at that point in time, we will notify you and try to arrange it based on your feedback or refund the money within 15 working days from your confirmation of the request to process a refund.

Returns
While we do not offer returns on our product, we shall do everything in our power to rectify any issues that you are facing. Please write to us on support@filexindia.com with your order number.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website, you have to do so within 48 hours of the placement if you have placed it under standard delivery. If the order is placed under expedited shipment, request for cancellation needs to come within 2 hours of order confirmation.
Once you have received a confirmation of the cancellation, please wait for two weeks time for the refund to be reflected in your bank accounts.
